Imprint and serially number the outside covers, as illistrated. We do this in a special green foil, making duplication very difficult.

Control over the issuance and return of the books can be gained with the use of the "Duty Book Control Record" cards. See illustration opposite. These cards may be imprinted & serially numbered to match the books, or supplied plain to be completed by your personnel.

A sturdy filing unit is necessary. The numbered memo books are delivered to you in a specially designed box which holds 100 books. The numbering sequence is indicated on the outside of the box when shipped. We believe that these three steps give you complete control, flexibility and accountability.
